Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, SON mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 453 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SON-associated genes across cancer lineages are LCE6A, DUXA, and CFHR2. Each is linked with SON in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SON-to-partner and partner-to-SON results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LCE6A grouped by SON-low versus SON-high in SKIN.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SON→partner) and Y-score (partner→SON) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
