SOHLH2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SOHLH2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,661 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SOHLH2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCNB2, PBK, and RAD51. Each is linked with SOHLH2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOHLH2-to-partner and partner-to-SOHLH2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCNB2 grouped by SOHLH2-low versus SOHLH2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SOHLH2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SOHLH2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
