SOGA1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SOGA1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,191 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SOGA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYBL2, FAM83D, and STIL. Each is linked with SOGA1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOGA1-to-partner and partner-to-SOGA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SOGA1 versus MYBL2 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SOGA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SOGA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
