Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SOGA1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,126 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SOGA1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SOGA1_S1255, SOGA1_S1436, and TELO2. Each is linked with SOGA1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOGA1-to-partner and partner-to-SOGA1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SOGA1 versus SOGA1_S1255 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.79.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SOGA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SOGA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
