Across TCGA cell cohorts, SOGA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,732 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SOGA1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cell division, Negative regulation of cell cycle process, and Microtubule cytoskeleton organization involved in mitosis. Each is linked with SOGA1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOGA1-to-partner and partner-to-SOGA1 results are reported.
