SOD3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SOD3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,458 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SOD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SGCA, FHL5, and C7. Each is linked with SOD3 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOD3-to-partner and partner-to-SOD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SOD3 versus SGCA in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SOD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SOD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
