SOCS6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SOCS6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,104 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SOCS6-associated genes across cancer lineages are BPTF, ZNF217, and ZNF24. Each is linked with SOCS6 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOCS6-to-partner and partner-to-SOCS6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SOCS6 versus BPTF in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.86.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SOCS6→partner) and Y-score (partner→SOCS6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
