SOCS6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SOCS6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,282 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SOCS6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RELCH, TXNL1, and CTDP1. Each is linked with SOCS6 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOCS6-to-partner and partner-to-SOCS6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SOCS6 versus RELCH in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SOCS6→partner) and Y-score (partner→SOCS6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
