Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SOCS6 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,944 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SOCS6-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARID5A, LINC00472, and RN7SL622P. Each is linked with SOCS6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOCS6-to-partner and partner-to-SOCS6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SOCS6 versus ARID5A in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.26.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SOCS6→partner) and Y-score (partner→SOCS6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
