Across TCGA cell cohorts, SOCS6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,822 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SOCS6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are ESCRT complex disassembly, ESCRT III complex disassembly, and Viral release from host cell. Each is linked with SOCS6 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOCS6-to-partner and partner-to-SOCS6 results are reported.
