Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SOCS5P3 RNA is linked to patient survival in 13 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated SOCS5P3 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher SOCS5P3 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SOCS5P3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CESC and HNSC show a favorable association.

ACC, READ, and KIRC are the cancer types where SOCS5P3 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
