SOCS5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SOCS5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,349 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SOCS5-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGHD5-12, SKA1, and SUPV3L1. Each is linked with SOCS5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOCS5-to-partner and partner-to-SOCS5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IGHD5-12 grouped by SOCS5-low versus SOCS5-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SOCS5→partner) and Y-score (partner→SOCS5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
