Across TCGA cell cohorts, SOCS5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,467 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SOCS5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of pinocytosis, Regulation of angiotensin-activated signaling pathway, and Positive regulation of translational initiation. Each is linked with SOCS5 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOCS5-to-partner and partner-to-SOCS5 results are reported.
