SOCS5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SOCS5 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 3,034 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SOCS5-associated genes across cancer lineages are CEMIP2, TNRC6A, and ADCY5. Each is linked with SOCS5 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOCS5-to-partner and partner-to-SOCS5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CEMIP2 grouped by SOCS5-low versus SOCS5-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SOCS5→partner) and Y-score (partner→SOCS5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
