Across TCGA patient cohorts, SOCS2P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,364 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SOCS2P2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA-templated transcription elongation, tRNA metabolic process, and Protein folding. Each is linked with SOCS2P2 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOCS2P2-to-partner and partner-to-SOCS2P2 results are reported.
