Across TCGA patient cohorts, SOCS2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,240 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SOCS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SOCS2-AS1, C7, and SLC4A4. Each is linked with SOCS2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOCS2-to-partner and partner-to-SOCS2 results are reported.
