Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SOCS2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,968 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SOCS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6803, SPATA31D4, and PGAP2. Each is linked with SOCS2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOCS2-to-partner and partner-to-SOCS2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6803 grouped by SOCS2-low versus SOCS2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SOCS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SOCS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
