Across TCGA patient cohorts, SOCS2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SOCS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, eIF4E, and FoxM1. Each is linked with SOCS2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOCS2-to-partner and partner-to-SOCS2 results are reported.
