SOBP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SOBP RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,973 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SOBP-associated genes across cancer lineages are RBFOX2, TCF4, and DLG4. Each is linked with SOBP in more than 30 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOBP-to-partner and partner-to-SOBP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SOBP versus RBFOX2 in SCLC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SOBP→partner) and Y-score (partner→SOBP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
