Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SOBP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,504 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SOBP-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCSAP, PCDHA6, and TINF2. Each is linked with SOBP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOBP-to-partner and partner-to-SOBP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SOBP versus CCSAP in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SOBP→partner) and Y-score (partner→SOBP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
