SOBP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SOBP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,122 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SOBP-associated genes across cancer lineages are GNPNAT1, RNA5SP411, and PPY2P. Each is linked with SOBP in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOBP-to-partner and partner-to-SOBP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GNPNAT1 grouped by SOBP-low versus SOBP-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SOBP→partner) and Y-score (partner→SOBP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
