SOBP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SOBP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 738 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SOBP-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR11H6, REG3G, and TTI2. Each is linked with SOBP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOBP-to-partner and partner-to-SOBP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR11H6 grouped by SOBP-low versus SOBP-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SOBP→partner) and Y-score (partner→SOBP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
