Across TCGA cell cohorts, SOBP mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 5,636 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SOBP-associated genes across cancer lineages are BPTF, USP35, and AFF2. Each is linked with SOBP in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOBP-to-partner and partner-to-SOBP results are reported.
