SOAT2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SOAT2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,467 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SOAT2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DAB2, FLNA, and DPYSL2. Each is linked with SOAT2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOAT2-to-partner and partner-to-SOAT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SOAT2 versus DAB2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SOAT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SOAT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
