SOAT2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SOAT2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,783 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SOAT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL37P, RPL7L1P4, and RNA5SP382. Each is linked with SOAT2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SOAT2-to-partner and partner-to-SOAT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL37P grouped by SOAT2-low versus SOAT2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SOAT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SOAT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
