The most reproducible SNX7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Lactate metabolic process, Disaccharide transport, and Sucrose transport. Each is linked with SNX7 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNX7-to-partner and partner-to-SNX7 results are reported.
