SNX5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNX5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,118 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNX5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRMT6, ESF1, and PCNA. Each is linked with SNX5 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNX5-to-partner and partner-to-SNX5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNX5 versus TRMT6 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNX5→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNX5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
