Across TCGA cell cohorts, SNX5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,288 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNX5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA recombination, Centriole replication, and Double-strand break repair via homologous recombination. Each is linked with SNX5 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNX5-to-partner and partner-to-SNX5 results are reported.
