Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SNX4 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SNX4 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 8 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher SNX4 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SNX4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
BLCA, PRAD, and LUAD are the cancer types where SNX4 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
