Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNX3P1Y RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 2,588 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SNX3P1Y-associated genes across cancer lineages are TFAP2B, VPS13C, and ADAM29. Each is linked with SNX3P1Y in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNX3P1Y-to-partner and partner-to-SNX3P1Y results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TFAP2B grouped by SNX3P1Y-low versus SNX3P1Y-high in SARC.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNX3P1Y→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNX3P1Y) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
