Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SNX3P1X RNA is linked to patient survival in 13 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated SNX3P1X data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher SNX3P1X RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SNX3P1X expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ESCA and GBM show a favorable association.
LIHC, COAD, and THYM are the cancer types where SNX3P1X RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
