SNX30

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNX30 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,772 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNX30-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RAD23B, RABL6, and HSP90B1. Each is linked with SNX30 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNX30-to-partner and partner-to-SNX30 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNX30 versus RAD23B in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNX30→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNX30) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
