SNX30

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNX30 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNX30-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, EGFR_pY1068, and INPP4B. Each is linked with SNX30 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNX30-to-partner and partner-to-SNX30 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eEF2 grouped by SNX30-low versus SNX30-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNX30→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNX30) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
