Across TCGA cell cohorts, SNX30 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,978 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNX30-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Piecemeal microautophagy of the nucleus, Regulation of vacuole organization, and Microautophagy. Each is linked with SNX30 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNX30-to-partner and partner-to-SNX30 results are reported.
