Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SNX3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SNX3 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher SNX3 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SNX3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BRCA are the cancer types where SNX3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
