SNX3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNX3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,355 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNX3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CR1, IFFO1, and BTK. Each is linked with SNX3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNX3-to-partner and partner-to-SNX3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNX3 versus CR1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNX3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNX3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
