SNX3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNX3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 24,736 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNX3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SNX9, ARPC1B, and SIPA1. Each is linked with SNX3 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNX3-to-partner and partner-to-SNX3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNX3 versus SNX9 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNX3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNX3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
