Across TCGA cell cohorts, SNX3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,020 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNX3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of ubiquitin protein ligase activity, 1-phosphatidyl-1D-myo-inositol 3,5-bisphosphate metabolic process, and 7-methylguanosine RNA capping. Each is linked with SNX3 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNX3-to-partner and partner-to-SNX3 results are reported.
