Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNX2P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 5,742 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SNX2P2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PDE1C_S469, HIP1, and TJP1. Each is linked with SNX2P2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNX2P2-to-partner and partner-to-SNX2P2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNX2P2 versus PDE1C_S469 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNX2P2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNX2P2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
