SNX2P1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNX2P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,604 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNX2P1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZC3H11A, NUFIP2, and PIKFYVE. Each is linked with SNX2P1 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNX2P1-to-partner and partner-to-SNX2P1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNX2P1 versus ZC3H11A in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNX2P1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNX2P1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
