The most reproducible SNX25P1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPRD2, CAPZB, and ARF4_S147. Each is linked with SNX25P1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNX25P1-to-partner and partner-to-SNX25P1 results are reported.
