SNX25

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNX25 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,893 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNX25-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EIF3K, UTRN, and HIP1. Each is linked with SNX25 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNX25-to-partner and partner-to-SNX25 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNX25 versus EIF3K in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.26.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNX25→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNX25) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
