SNX25

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNX25 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,139 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNX25-associated genes across cancer lineages are LRRN4, CX3CR1, and ITGA9-AS1. Each is linked with SNX25 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNX25-to-partner and partner-to-SNX25 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNX25 versus LRRN4 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNX25→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNX25) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
