SNX25

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNX25 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,617 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNX25-associated genes across cancer lineages are TXN2P1, PSAT1P4, and RNU6-680P. Each is linked with SNX25 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNX25-to-partner and partner-to-SNX25 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TXN2P1 grouped by SNX25-low versus SNX25-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNX25→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNX25) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
