Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNX25 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 34 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNX25-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, mTOR_pS2448, and NF-kB-p65_pS536. Each is linked with SNX25 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNX25-to-partner and partner-to-SNX25 results are reported.
