Across TCGA cell cohorts, SNX25 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,961 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SNX25-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Receptor catabolic process, Negative regulation of transforming growth factor beta receptor signaling pathway, and Regulation of protein ADP-ribosylation. Each is linked with SNX25 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNX25-to-partner and partner-to-SNX25 results are reported.
