SNX24

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNX24 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 781 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNX24-associated genes across cancer lineages are NTMT1, NDUFA6, and RNU6-280P. Each is linked with SNX24 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNX24-to-partner and partner-to-SNX24 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NTMT1 grouped by SNX24-low versus SNX24-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNX24→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNX24) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
