SNX20

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SNX20 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,355 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNX20-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WIPF1, STK10, and CD163. Each is linked with SNX20 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNX20-to-partner and partner-to-SNX20 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNX20 versus WIPF1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.75.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNX20→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNX20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
