SNX20

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SNX20 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,952 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNX20-associated genes across cancer lineages are NOD2, ITGAL, and TET2. Each is linked with SNX20 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNX20-to-partner and partner-to-SNX20 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SNX20 versus NOD2 in BLOOD_Myeloma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.84.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SNX20→partner) and Y-score (partner→SNX20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
