Across TCGA cell cohorts, SNX20 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,596 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SNX20-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, Vacuole fusion, and SCF-dependent proteasomal ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process. Each is linked with SNX20 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SNX20-to-partner and partner-to-SNX20 results are reported.
